MEET RHONDA
Rhonda Fekete, founder of Career Pointe Consulting, LLC, is a multifaceted professional specializing in Leadership, Executive, and Retirement Coaching. She is also a Career Strategist, Accomplished Author, and the driving force behind her boutique career and coaching business.
She brings fifteen years of coaching experience, including leadership in the coaching industry, serving as the International Coach Federation (ICF), 2012 President, Columbus Charter Chapter.
A life-long learner, Rhonda draws from her extensive education, neuroscience-based coach training, and career experience for coaching, all of which were the catalysts in the formation of Career Pointe Consulting, LLC. Her sessions integrate coaching methods acquired through completion of the year-long WBECS (now Coaching.com), ACE and Journey to Mastery training (Invitation Only) with David Peterson and David Goldsmith, 7 Paths Forward.
The assessments Rhonda draws from include DISC behavioral styles assessment, the Birkman Method, the 360 Benchmark® Suite (Center for Creative Leadership), and the AIIR Team Effective Survey (TES).
