Thank you for our collaboration in my CBC Coaching journey. You have provided me gems along the way so that I can be a better listener, leader, and coach for my people. In the Coaching Program there is an element of pause, reflection and learning that you bring to the table. These exercises help us to listen, communicate and connect. We are not just in the Financial Services business; we are in the People business and your coaching keeps it real and applicable in today’s human journey. As a leader-coach, you win with people and executing strategy is easier. 

Rhonda collaborated with members on my sales team to take an innovative approach in helping the clients with whom we worked. Coaching our clients through the process of preparing for Retirement, rather than just selling them a product to meet their needs required a different mindset. Asking the probing questions, and truly listening to their answers, helped the team understand that the decisions future retirees were facing went beyond assets, investments, and spending plans. It also included their hopes and fears after finishing their careers. This changed the entire tone of the conversations the team had and led to a better experience for our clients. 

Rhonda bears an innate ability to listen and hear the root causes of concerns and is able to coach me in a way that meets my personal style and preferences. Through asking targeted open-ended questions, Rhonda can really challenge my thoughts which helps guide me through various situations and leads me to solutions. She has collaborated with me for several years now, through many challenging and difficult conversations, all of which have been easier as a direct result of her coaching. I am forever grateful to have her as my coach!!! 

Over the course of the last six years, Rhonda helped transform me from a leader with momentary questions and intermittent doubt, into a leader who learned, through coaching and feedback, how to reflect, reframe and reward.  Through our interactions and questions, Rhonda determined my areas of improvement and held me accountable to develop in areas where I was not as strong.
