 DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.    DISC® is a widely used personal assessment tool that enhances workplace communication, teamwork, and productivity. It categorizes individuals into behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.  The first step in understanding others is awareness of our own style and then we can begin to understand the styles of others and their preferences with communication.

 The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Benchmarks®-Suite offers varying types of surveys (Executive, Managers, Agility, Benchmarks by Design (tailored to competencies specific to an organization) to help individuals assess the competencies needed for leadership and for competencies identified as necessary for success as defined by the organization. The 360° diagnostic tool for individual leaders provides data to systematize perceptions into personal development plans. 

The AIIR |Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) was developed to meet the growing need in the team effectiveness space for a simple, actionable tool to quickly identify team strengths and team developmental areas of opportunity. Development of the instrument began in 2016 with a questionnaire designed by a panel of team coaching experts that led to two primary scales within the TES unique framework – Culture and Team Productivity. After use with thousands of leaders and teams, the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey has demonstrated predictably to deliver a 40% increase in team performance in just three months.  TES Certified Practitioners, like myself,  can explain the TES assessment process and how this can help teams that may be struggling and help successful teams become even stronger.

Roger W. Birkman created the Test of Social Comprehension in 1951, with

inspiration from his wartime experiences. He saw first-hand that individual

differences in visual and interpersonal perceptions impacted pilot performance. His Test of Social Comprehension, now known as the Birkman Method, helps determine how someone is likely to behave and why. Birkman is used for Career Assessment for individuals who seek to find more fulfillment in their work. The Birkman Method assists in understanding your unique qualities and finding a best-fit career and work environment.
